Last October 2021, we were finally able to enjoy one of those experiences that circumstances had denied us in recent years. From October 9th to 13th , 2021, we had the opportunity to attend the long-awaited Anuga 2021 International Fair held in Cologne (Germany), a meeting that we missed a lot and that we celebrate, once recovered part of the normality prior to Covid-19. Fair with many familiar faces, new contacts and a lot of enthusiasm. It has been the starting signal to resume travel agendas, personal meetings and visits to facilities. Extraordinary reception from visitors, new contacts and a lot of energy for the return to personal contact.
